The RS-R Sports-i Coilovers are designed for the 1995-2000 Lexus LS400 (UCF20), offering a balance of sporty driving and everyday comfort. These coilovers feature 36-way adjustable shock absorbers with mono-tube construction and high-heat resistant oil for optimal damping. The damping force and stroke rate are specifically tuned for the LS400, ensuring a perfect fit for its weight, suspension geometry, and performance needs. Constructed with Titanium Alloy (Ti2000) springs, these coilovers are approximately 25% lighter than traditional steel springs. This reduction in mass improves suspension response, leading to better ground contact, traction, and an enhanced ability to absorb bumps and dips. The mounting plates are made of steel and include rubber bushings and roller bearings to minimize noise and friction, contributing to a smoother driving experience. The adjustable ride height feature allows for customization without altering spring rates, utilizing a threaded shock body and mounting bracket. Key specifications include preset front lowering of -40mm and rear lowering of -30mm, with an adjustable range of +5 to -60mm front and +5 to -45mm rear. Spring rates are 9.00 kg/mm for the front and 6.00 kg/mm for the rear. The product comes with a 1-year or 12,000-mile warranty and is made in Japan.
