Sports Series High Flow Catted Primary Downpipe

The Evolution Racewerks Sports Series High Flow Catted Primary Downpipe is engineered to enhance exhaust flow for the twin-turbo S63M engine found in the 2019-23 BMW X5M (F95) and 2020-23 X6M (F96). By replacing the factory primary catalytic converter, which acts as a significant restriction, this downpipe aims to unlock more power and improve performance. The downpipe features a high-flow 200-cell metallic catalytic converter, which allows exhaust gases to pass through more easily than the factory's ceramic honeycomb design. This results in higher maximum horsepower and a more responsive torque curve that hits faster and lasts longer. Drivers can expect improved throttle response and quicker turbo spool times. Constructed from 100% 304-grade stainless steel, the piping is mandrel-bent to 3 inches for smooth transitions to the exhaust system. The V-band flange is precision CNC machined from billet 304 stainless steel to match the factory turbocharger turbine housing. This downpipe is designed to be a 100% bolt-on installation and is compatible with both factory and aftermarket secondary downpipes. It includes all necessary hardware for a complete installation and comes with a limited lifetime warranty.
