Key features include billet baskets crafted from high-tensile steel, an outer basket machined from billet material with a high-strength drive gear, and heat-treated clutch steels paired with billet clamp plates for enhanced performance. The pistons are forged from aircraft-grade aluminum and anodized for durability. The patented Exedy® friction material provides a high coefficient of friction for superior grip, while the oil flow is optimized to enhance heat dissipation. Development involved extensive testing and computer simulations to refine thickness and eliminate stress points, with precision engineering meeting stringent tolerances via CNC technology. Included in the purchase are 16 Exedy® heavy-duty patented frictions, 18 heavy-duty Exedy® heat-treated steels, billet steel baskets, high-tensile forged alloy pistons with viton piston seals, high-temp piston shaft seals, and various circlips.
