Leaf clamps are bolted for anti-squeak nylon liners. Fully scragged to ensure permanent 'set' and reduce sagging. Load tested to meet specification. Military wrap for added safety. Re-greasable nylon interleaf anti-friction pads. Flat axle seat area for safe axle mount. Tension side of all leaves is shot peened to reduce spring stress, doubling life. Two-stage leaf pack for optimum comfort: primary stage for unladen, secondary for heavy load. Sold individually.
