Description

Holley Jet # 55. Replaces Holley part # 122-55. Orifice Size: .054". Quantity: 2 Jets. Jet Thread: 1/4"-32. Jet Body Diameter: 3/8" (.375"). Jet Overall Height: .350". USA made metering jets are used in most Holley models. Used to tailor air-fuel ratio. The number indicates jet size, NOT the dimension of the jet hole. A larger number jet will richen the entire fuel curve, from part throttle to full throttle. Re-jetting your carburetor can pay big dividends at the race track and/or increased fuel efficiency. Jet number is stamped into each jet. Jets are sold in pairs. For a Four Barrel carburetor, two jets are needed for the primary side and two for the secondary side. These metering jets are correctly profiled and specifically made for Holley carburetors.
