The Supertech Performance SPRK-A2416 Single Spring Kit is engineered for VW-Audi 2.0TFSI engines, specifically models like the Gti, Golf, and Jetta with the 2.0T FSI 16V engine configuration. This comprehensive kit contains 16 intake springs and 16 titanium alloy retainers (SPR-A2416N + RET-A2416-N2) for a complete valvetrain overhaul. Computer-aided design ensures that wire stress levels remain within fatigue limits for long-term reliability under extreme conditions, while also controlling harmonics. The kit provides specific spring pressures and max lift capabilities: Intake springs offer 73 lbs at 37.4mm with a max lift of 12.5mm, and Exhaust springs provide 85 lbs at 36mm with a max lift of 11mm. This upgrade is aimed at improving the powerband and high-RPM stability of your engine by reducing valve float.
