The DB Drive SPW10D4 from the Speed Series is engineered to deliver exceptional audio performance for automotive sound systems. This 10-inch subwoofer boasts a robust construction, including a 4-layer, 2-inch voice coil with a KSV former and a 64 oz. ferrite magnet for powerful bass. The Vac PP sub-cone structure, paired with a butyl rubber surround and an inverted Vac PP dome, ensures precise and deep bass response. Built for demanding use, the SPW10D4 features an anti-resonant stamped steel frame and high carbon steel top and bottom plates. It can handle a maximum power of 1250W and 600W RMS, with a resonance frequency of 28.8 Hz. The dual 4-ohm voice coil configuration offers versatile installation options, while the compression speaker terminal ensures a secure connection. Recommended enclosure sizes include 0.9 cubic feet for a sealed box and 1.25 cubic feet for a vented box. The subwoofer's physical dimensions include an outer diameter of 26.5 cm, a cut-out diameter of 23 cm, and a mounting depth of 13.3 cm.
