The Audison SR 1.500 is a monoblock subwoofer amplifier engineered for car audio enthusiasts seeking impressive power and value. This amplifier incorporates Audison's advanced D Class Technology (ADT), known for its efficiency and performance, and boasts a wide frequency response of 10 Hz to 35 kHz with a tight tolerance of -1.5 dB. Constructed with extruded and machined aluminum heatsinks, the SR 1.500 is designed for effective heat dissipation without the need for a cooling fan, ensuring quiet operation. Its compact footprint makes installation easier. The amplifier accepts 8 AWG power cables and 10 AWG speaker wires, with over-current protection provided by accessible ATC/ATO fuses. Input signals can be handled via chassis-mounted RCA terminals or high-level inputs with provided pigtail harnesses. For seamless integration, the SR 1.500 features Audison's Automatic Remote Turn-ON/OFF (ART) circuitry and Universal Speakers Simulator (USS) loads for compatibility with factory head units. Configuration adjustments, including a phase control and optional subsonic filters, are accessible via a top-mounted panel.
