Description

The Tomei SR20CH is a comprehensive cylinder head assembly designed for the SR20DET engine. This Phase 1 assembly is built with entirely new parts and features a base engine specification tailored for enhanced performance. The cylinder head boasts 1mm oversized valves for improved airflow and a precisely machined combustion chamber volume of approximately 48.5cc. It is equipped with Type A valve springs, durable titanium valve spring retainers, and SPCC valve sheets. For optimal valve seating and longevity, it includes phosphor bronze valve guides and STD valve seat rings. This assembly also incorporates solid pivot camshafts with a 270-12.50 specification, adjusted with shims for precise tuning. It comes complete with shims and guides for the solid pivots, as well as SPCC rocker arm stoppers to ensure reliability under stress.
