The Muteki SR48 is an open-ended racing lug nut set engineered for high-performance applications where full wheel stud engagement is required. The open design allows for use with extended race wheel studs, while the knurled end provides a reliable grip, even when wearing racing gloves. These lug nuts are constructed from cold-forged chrome vanadium, offering significantly higher strength and durability compared to standard aluminum options. Featuring an oversized 60-degree cone seat, the SR48 ensures superior contact area with your wheels. The set includes 20 individual lug nuts and a specialized 3/4" and 13/16" dual hex adapter to accommodate various socket sizes. Their compact 20mm diameter allows them to fit most tuner-style wheels that utilize small lug holes. These lug nuts feature an M12x1.25 thread pitch and are compatible with a wide range of vehicles, including most Subaru and Nissan models. Please verify that your vehicle requires an M12x1.25 thread pitch before installation, as these will not fit applications requiring other thread sizes such as M12x1.5. Proper seating and torque specifications for your specific wheel setup should always be followed to ensure safe operation.
