Description

JE Pistons 324030 GM LS Asymmetrical FSR (Forged Side Relief) forging design allows for the use of popular stroke and rod combinations while eliminating reluctor wheel clearance problems. The asymmetrical forging design maintains a larger skirt on the heavily stressed major thrust side and reduces friction with a smaller skirt on the minor thrust side. This results in a high strength, lightweight piston that significantly reduces friction. These pistons are lightweight, extremely durable, and machined for 1.2mm, 1.5mm, 3.0mm rings. They feature combination 12° & 15° valve pockets, accumulator grooves, double pin oilers, and an offset wrist pin.
