SRT 2 Carbon Fiber Hood

The VIS Racing SRT 2 style hood is a carbon fiber body panel designed for 2005-2010 Chrysler 300 and 300C models, engineered to provide a race-inspired aesthetic. It is constructed from 100% ISO-certified, Grade-A carbon fiber using a two-part design, where the top layer is bonded with high-grade epoxy resin and finished with a clear, UV-protective Poly Shield coating. A smooth, one-piece underside shell is fused to the top layer to enhance structural integrity, with edges finished by hand. Since 2014, these hoods have utilized the Vacuum Infusion Process (V.I.P.), which uses a single-mold vacuum to produce parts that are 10-20% lighter than standard methods while increasing overall durability. Due to the nature of aftermarket body components, hood pins are required for installation. The product is intended for off-road use only unless local laws dictate otherwise. Professional installation is strongly recommended to ensure proper alignment, as aftermarket body panels may require minor adjustments for an optimal fit.
