SRT Hellcat 295LPH Dual Pump Fuel System

The Impulse Tuning® SRT Hellcat 295LPH Dual Pump Fuel System is a critical upgrade for the 6.2L supercharged Dodge Hellcat engine when modifications aim to surpass 800-825 crankshaft horsepower (725-750 RWHP). Unlike other aftermarket solutions that often eliminate the stock fuel pump control module and surge tank, this system seamlessly integrates with the OEM fuel management system. It provides the necessary increased fuel capacity while preserving the factory control elements, allowing for precise engine calibration by maintaining the stock PWM fuel pump control and reading fuel rail pressure. This dual pump setup utilizes Twin Ti-295 Turbine Pumps and is fully E85 compatible. A key advantage is its integration within the vehicle's OEM surge tank (fuel basket). This design ensures that the pumps remain immersed in fuel, providing crucial cooling and preventing the "run dry" condition that can lead to over-speeding and damage. The surge tank is replenished via a jet pump driven by the electric pumps, maintaining adequate fuel flow proportional to demand. This system is constructed from Billet 6061-T6 aluminum and is available in non-anodized or blue stage II anodized finishes. The system includes a plug-and-play wiring harness and PWM controller, simplifying integration with the stock harness. Installation involves tapping two wires for the FCM and fuel pump relay signals and reconnecting the level sending unit signal wires, with all other connections mating to the stock connectors. Detailed instructions are included. It is important to note that the Ti-295 pumps do not feature anti-drain back valves, which may result in slightly longer startup cranking times. The Ti-285 system is dyno-proven to support over 1100 RWHP on E85 and 1200+ on gasoline, while the Ti-295 has demonstrated support for over 1250 RWHP on E85 with twin turbo configurations. This fuel system is compatible with 2015 - 2023 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat and 2015 - 2023 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat models equipped with the 6.2L supercharged engine.
