Dometic Pro Bulkhead Hose Kits assure a neat hydraulic steering installation. Each hose has an integral bulkhead fitting for tidy routing of hoses through a splashwell bulkhead, helping to eliminate loose hose, kinking or chafing. PRO series hoses are Kevlar-reinforced and can be used with SeaStar PRO helm systems. Outboard hoses are supplied with pre-attached hose fittings on both ends. In order to prevent hose kinking, bend restrictors are supplied on one end of each hose in the kit. The end of the hose with the bend restrictor should be attached to the cylinder. SeaStar Steering hoses are a custom multi-layered composite design, engineered specifically for their systems. They are designed to exceed SAE and ABYC specifications and provide precise steering control not achievable with hydraulic industry standard hoses. It can be used with all SeaStar and BayStar Steering Systems.
