The American-made Phoenix SD complete outdoor cooking system allows you to grill, roast, steam, and smoke. It features dual stainless steel, oval-shaped burners providing up to 25,000 BTUs and a solid brass dual valve for temperature adjustment from 250 to 500 degrees. Adjustable vents allow for airflow control, and a cast aluminum drip pan ensures virtually flare-up-free steaming. It includes an electric ignition with a stainless steel gas collector box (requires one AAA battery) and a stainless steel diamond pattern cooking mesh grid offering 400 sq. inches of cooking space. The riveted stainless steel grill head features a Sta-Kool swiveling stainless steel handle and heat indicator. The stainless steel cart includes two stainless steel side shelves with tool hooks and two 8-inch rubber wheels. Easy cleanup is facilitated by the cast aluminum drip pan and collection bucket.
