Overview

The American-made Phoenix SD outdoor cooking system is a riveted-style gas grill designed for grilling, roasting, steaming, and smoking. It features two individually controlled stainless steel oval burners providing up to 25,000 BTUs. A solid brass dual valve allows temperature adjustment from 250 to 500 degrees, with adjustable top vents for airflow control. For steaming, close the drain valve and fill the cast aluminum drip pan. The grill has an electric ignition (requires 1 AAA battery) and a stainless steel diamond pattern cooking mesh grid offering 400 square inches of cooking space. The stainless steel grill head is riveted for durability and has a Sta-Kool swiveling handle and heat indicator. The stainless steel cart includes two side shelves with tool hooks and two 8-inch rubber wheels. Cleanup is aided by the cast aluminum drip pan and collection bucket. Includes a 12-foot hose with a quick disconnect coupler.
