SS304 3" Race Downpipes

The VRSF Race Downpipes are engineered to enhance the performance of the N54 twin-turbo engine found in the E60 535i RWD models from 2008 to 2010. By replacing the restrictive factory catalytic converters, these downpipes significantly reduce exhaust back pressure, leading to a faster spool-up, increased horsepower and torque, and a more aggressive exhaust note. The design features a full 3" diameter piping that tapers to a 2.5" flange, optimizing flow to a greater extent than competitor products that neck down closer to the turbos. Constructed from hand-made, mandrel-bent, and TIG-welded SS304 stainless steel, these downpipes are built for durability and performance. The package includes Grade 12 hardware and gaskets for installation. VRSF provides a lifetime warranty against defects and fitment issues. Compatibility is specifically for the 2008-2010 E60 BMW 535i and 535xi models with the N54 engine. Note that xDrive models may require modifications to clear the axle housing.
