The VRSF Stainless Steel Race Downpipes are a performance upgrade specifically engineered for the 2008-2019 BMW X5M and X6M models featuring the N63 or S63 V8 Twin Turbo engine. By eliminating the restrictions found in the factory downpipes, these VRSF units significantly reduce back pressure. This modification results in improved turbo spool times, a noticeable increase in horsepower and torque, and a more aggressive exhaust tone. The downpipes boast a CAD/CAM designed CNC flange and are meticulously hand-crafted using mandrel-bent, TIG-welded SS304 stainless steel. This construction method ensures smooth, radius bends that minimize turbulence and maximize exhaust flow. VRSF backs these downpipes with a lifetime warranty, covering defects and fitment. Key features include an estimated gain of 50-55 HP and 60-65 TQ when paired with a tune. Buyers must select the correct flange style (2-Bolt Flange or Slip Fit Connection) based on their vehicle's specific mid-pipe connection.
