The Milltek SSXTY120 is a large-bore downpipe and de-cat system designed to enhance gas-flow and heat management for increased efficiency and performance. It features an HJS High-Flow Sports Catalyst, which has a reduced cell density (200 cells compared to OEM's 500-600 cells) to improve flow and performance while maintaining emission regulations for daily use.

Constructed from aerospace-grade type 304, non-magnetic stainless steel, this system is resistant to discolouration and built for longevity. The pipework utilizes mandrel bending for consistent radius bends and optimized gasflow, with enlarged bore diameters to maximize performance without sacrificing mid-range torque. Milltek Sport is the sole UK distributor of HJS Tuning Catalysts.

The Milltek SSXTY120 is a large-bore downpipe and de-cat system meticulously engineered to enhance gas-flow and heat management, resulting in improved efficiency and performance gains. This system features an HJS High-Flow Sports Catalyst, recognized as the highest quality and best-performing aftermarket catalyst. Its reduced cell density (200 cells vs. standard OEM 500-600 cells) allows for freer flow, boosting performance while still adhering to emission regulations for daily driving. Constructed from aerospace-grade type 304, non-magnetic stainless steel, this exhaust component is designed for exceptional durability and resistance to discolouration. The use of mandrel bending ensures consistent radius bends for optimized gasflow, and the bore diameters are carefully enlarged over stock specifications to achieve ultimate performance without compromising mid-range torque. Milltek Sport is the exclusive UK distributor for HJS Tuning Catalysts. Installation of this large-bore downpipe and de-cat system requires a Stage 2 ECU remap. Note that the use of de-cats and sports cats is intended for off-road/motorsport use only, as they will inhibit a vehicle from passing an MOT test. Only EC type-approved components are legal for road use.
