The Yoshimura SUZUKI GSX-R1000 2007-08 ST-R TYPE-R Camshafts are precision-ground from billet blanks using high-tolerance equipment. Made in Japan from premium materials, these camshafts offer higher lift and longer duration than stock.

The Yoshimura SUZUKI GSX-R1000 2007-08 ST-R TYPE-R Camshafts are a performance upgrade designed for racing applications. Precision-ground from billet blanks with high-tolerance equipment, these cams are not welded and reground. They feature higher lift and longer duration than stock specifications. The kit includes IN & EX Camshaft Set, Adjustable Cam Sprockets, Cam Sprocket Bolts, Valve Springs, and Seat Shims (0.3mm & 0.5mm). The maximum lift is 10.6mm for intake and 9.20mm for exhaust, with a 1mm duration of 257 degrees for intake and 256 degrees for exhaust. Standard tappet clearance is 0.20mm for intake and 0.25mm for exhaust. Installation requires careful cam timing by a qualified mechanic to prevent potential engine failure. Cylinder head modification may also be necessary. Additionally, Suzuki genuine parts tappet shims are required for proper function. These Yoshimura RACE SERIES products are intended for closed-course competition use only and are not designed or intended for use on public roads or land. Use on public roads is prohibited by Federal and State regulations.
