ST-X Coil-Over Damper Set

The ST Performance ST-X coil-over damper set is a height-adjustable suspension system designed specifically for the 2013 and newer Ford Focus ST. Technically, the system features galvanized zinc-coated steel struts for corrosion protection and adjustable spring perches made from a durable, friction-optimized polyamide composite with a stainless steel insert. This composite design helps prevent corrosion between the strut and the perch to ensure long-term height adjustability. The dampers include a dust protection system to shield the hardened chrome piston rod, as well as a multi-layered pressure-resistant sealing package, a mono-block guide system, and a low-friction piston band within the damper housing. Developed in collaboration with KW automotive, these coilovers rely on established engineering standards to enhance driving dynamics. Each kit is application-specific and is intended to provide a precise, customized fit for the Ford Focus ST.
