These coilovers are hand-built by experts at KW in Fichtenberg, Germany, with each damper undergoing dyno testing. Key features include a wear-resistant, friction-optimized polyamide composite spring perch with an embedded stainless-steel insert to prevent oxidation and enhance strength. Seamless ride height adjustment is achieved via the composite spring perch and unique trapezoidal thread pitch. An elastomer bump stop with an integrated dust protection system safeguards the piston rod and seals. The galvanized steel housing improves corrosion resistance.
