StopTech Stainless Steel Brake Line Kits are designed to improve braking performance and provide a firmer, more responsive pedal feel. These high-performance brake lines feature a Teflon inner liner surrounded by a durable stainless steel braided exterior, which eliminates the expansion common with original rubber lines under high-pressure braking. Each line is protected by a unique corrosion-resistant PVC cover for added longevity and protection against chafing. StopTech brake hoses meet stringent DOT Compliance Standards and exceed FMVSS 106 standards, with each line tested in-house to pressures up to 4,500 PSI. They are direct bolt-on replacements and come with all necessary hardware and fittings. Kits are typically sold in sets of two (front or rear pair) and are compatible with virtually any hydraulic brake or clutch system.
