Available in slotted, drilled, or slotted/drilled styles, and with optional cryo-treatment. Features Vac-U-Slots to evacuate gasses, dust, and water, improve heat shedding, and keep brake pad surfaces clean. Utilizes Power Alloy metallurgy and directional cooling vanes for enhanced high-temperature performance. Finished with a durable black e-coat on the hat, edges, and internal vanes for corrosion prevention, while braking surfaces are bare iron for improved pad bed-in. Cryogenic treatment is a proprietary, computer-controlled process that permanently enhances performance and service life by gradually cooling the metal to -300°F, slowly returning it to room temperature, and heat-cycling it to redistribute residual stress, providing extra protection against warping.
