This clutch is engineered with a heavy-duty construction, featuring an upgraded pressure plate that provides an increased clamp load without significantly altering pedal feel. Built with premium friction material, this clutch ensures rapid heat dissipation, making it a robust choice for drivers who engage in spirited driving or demanding daily use. Its design focuses on providing enhanced durability and performance over a stock clutch, making it a perfect complement for vehicles with Stage 1 ECU upgrades. The "Daily" configuration, which this model is part of, emphasizes OEM pedal feel and smooth engagement characteristics, minimizing the harshness often associated with aftermarket clutches. Fitment includes various VW Mk4 models (Golf/GTI, Jetta, GLI) with 1.8T engines from 1999.5-2005, as well as the VW New Beetle (1998-2010) with the 1.8T engine. It also fits the Audi TT Mk1 (1998-2007) with the 1.8T 225HP engine and some Quattro TT 5-speed models. Note: If purchasing for a Mk1 Audi TT, dual mass flywheel options should be selected. This kit is designed for 6-speed transmissions and has a maximum torque capacity of 375 ft/lbs and does not include a flywheel.
