The ClutchMax Stage 1 Clutch Kit and Performance Chromoly Flywheel bundle (CM10045HDLSF-ST1) is designed for enhanced performance for daily driving, performance street driving, and light track use. The kit includes a lightweight chromoly flywheel, an HD pressure plate, and a Stage 1 HD woven organic disc. The performance chromoly flywheels are constructed from 4140 Chromoly forged steel, CNC machined, and dynamically balanced to 15,000 RPM, offering a 44% weight reduction. The pressure plate is made from Ductile/Nodular Cast Iron for maximum strength and wear resistance, while the diaphragm springs are crafted from 51CrV4 steel with a multi-stage heat-treating process for durability. This comprehensive bundle also includes a high-temperature HD release bearing, an HD pilot bearing, pressure plate mounting bolts and washers, a clutch alignment tool, and a clutch installation guide. The kit has a torque capacity of 207 lb-ft and a horsepower rating of 253 HP, with a recommended break-in period of 500 miles.
