Stage 1 Cold Air Intake Kit

The ZZP Stage 1 Kit is a comprehensive performance package engineered for the Cadillac ATS-V (model years 2016-2018). This kit consolidates three key upgrades—a Cold Air Intake (CAI), Downpipes, and a professional ECU Tune—to significantly enhance performance, targeting over 500 wheel horsepower on pump fuel. The goal is to transform the vehicle into one of the quickest cars available. Complementing these hardware upgrades, the included Tune meticulously adjusts engine parameters such as fueling, ignition timing, boost pressure, torque management, shift points, injection timing, and coolant temperatures to maximize power gains. Installation and tuning require specific steps. The kit includes the Cold Air Intake, Downpipes, and the Tune. Customers can choose from various tuning options, including renting an interface and laptop, emailing a file for modification, or utilizing an existing HPTuners setup. For 2017 and newer automatic transmission models, the Transmission Control Module (TCM) must be shipped to HPTuners for unlocking at an additional cost before shift points, firmness, and lock-up tables can be adjusted. The tune itself is designed to provide the biggest bang for the buck for the LF4 engine. The ZZP CAI is highlighted for its superior design, claiming it does not trigger check engine lights and requires no specialized tuning, while delivering more horsepower than competing intakes. It features custom silicone sections with smooth transitions for optimal airflow and specialized air filters capable of supporting up to 1000 HP. The intake tubing is constructed from 6000 series aluminum, powder-coated in wrinkle black for a factory look, and includes CNC-machined MAF pads with ZZP branding.
