The COBB Tuning Stage 1+ Drivetrain Package is engineered to significantly enhance the shifting experience for the 2015-2022 Subaru WRX. The COBB Shift Plate, constructed from billet aluminum, offers two distinct shift throw reduction settings: 15% or 35%. Its 825g weight is engineered to maintain a comparable moment of inertia to the stock component, ensuring effortless gear changes. The slim design preserves the factory splash guard and heat shields, maintaining OEM-level protection. Complementing the shift plate is the COBB Shifter Bushing, which features an aluminum carrier housing an IGUS polymer bearing. This design effectively eliminates the looseness associated with the factory rubber isolator. The IGUS polymer is chosen for its low wear and friction properties, ensuring long-term durability and smooth operation. The COBB Shifter Stop, made from injection-molded fiberglass-reinforced nylon, allows for precise adjustment to achieve a more tactile and accurate shift feel, with installation and adjustment taking only minutes. Internally threaded for a secure fit, the knob weighs a light 104 grams, promoting quick and smooth gear engagement. The COBB logo is engraved on the base, adding a distinctive touch. The entire package is covered by COBB Tuning's 12-month limited warranty.
