Stage 1 Fuel System Upgrade

The Visconti Stage 1 Fuel System Upgrade is a performance fuel delivery solution for the Toyota A90 and A91 Supra. It is designed to address pressure drops common in factory low-pressure fuel pumps at outputs around 750 WHP, particularly when using high-ethanol blends. By adding a second in-tank Walbro 525 fuel pump, this kit ensures stable fuel pressure without the inconsistencies associated with increased injector open times. Each kit includes a billet fuel pump bracket, a Walbro 525 pump, a Y quick connect fitting, a replacement in-tank fuel line kit, a sealed wire pass-through, and a Holley fuel mat. This configuration is advantageous because it keeps all components submerged in the tank, eliminates the need for additional lines in the engine bay, and ensures consistent fuel pickup even at low tank levels. Regarding installation and wiring, if the vehicle is not equipped with the Visconti ReFlex Sequential Port Injection Kit, users must manually activate the fuel pump relay using a non-ReFlex harness and a Hobbs switch. Note that the Hobbs switch is not included with this kit.
