The mountune Stage 1 Focus ST Gearbox Transmission is a rebuilt original Ford (Getrag) MMT6 gearbox. It is disassembled, inspected, and reassembled with upgraded carbon-lined synchros and steel-caged primary bearings.

The mountune Stage 1 Focus ST Gearbox Transmission offers a solution for replacing tired or worn original gearboxes. Starting with a brand-new Ford (Getrag) MMT6 gearbox, each unit is meticulously disassembled and inspected to ensure all components meet specifications. The gearbox is then professionally reassembled with upgraded carbon-lined synchros and steel-caged primary bearings for enhanced durability and performance. It includes a clutch slave cylinder and is ready to be fitted. For optimal performance, the use of Motul Multi-DCTF Dual Clutch Transmission Fluid is highly recommended, with two 1-liter bottles required. Optional upgrades are available, including WPC surface treatment and a Quaife Limited-Slip ATB Differential, which can further enhance the gearbox's capabilities. Please note that this part is designed and intended for off-highway application only. Installation on a vehicle driven on public roads may violate U.S. and Canadian laws regarding emissions and safety standards.
