The Wehrli Custom Fabrication Stage 1 High Flow Intake Bundle Kit is an engine upgrade specifically designed for the 2020-2026 L5P 6.6L Duramax Diesel Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD trucks. This kit aims to enhance performance by improving airflow between the turbocharger and the engine, leading to better efficiency, quicker throttle response, and more effective turbo spool-up. The kit directly replaces the factory's restricted 2.5-inch diameter driver-side intercooler pipe and the leak-prone plastic/rubber passenger-side pipe. It features a robust 3-inch diameter, one-piece mandrel-bent aluminum driver-side pipe and a 3.5-inch diameter passenger-side pipe. These pipes are constructed from heavy-duty 14-gauge aluminum and feature aerodynamic mandrel bends to optimize flow and durability. Further enhancing reliability, the passenger-side pipe incorporates a CNC-machined flange and a black anodized billet aluminum adapter with a double O-ring seal. The entire assembly retains factory connection points and sensors, and it is SEMA Certified Emissions Compliant.
