The Precision Raceworks Stage 1 fuel pump conversion kit is a drop-in solution designed to provide the increased fueling capacity necessary for high-performance builds. As an OEM+ upgrade, this kit replaces the stock electric pump and factory bucket with a high-flow assembly that maintains factory-like fitment and aesthetics. The system is engineered to handle all blends of E85, making it an ideal choice for enthusiasts looking to run a single fuel line to feed both the high-pressure fuel pump and port injection systems. This Stage 1 kit is capable of supporting up to 800 wheel horsepower (whp) on pump gas and 750 whp on 100% E85. A key benefit of the Precision Raceworks design is the inclusion of proper filtration, which helps protect your high-pressure fuel pump and direct injectors from the premature failure common with inferior 'Y-fitting' aftermarket pump setups. This kit offers seamless installation and requires no additional modifications or tuning for operation. This pump is specifically designed for BMW G-series B58-powered vehicles, including the G42 M240i, G20 M340i, G22/G23/G26 M440i, G01 X3 M40i, G02 X4 M40i, and G29 Z4 M40i.
