The ALFI TURBO 54359700011 is a hybrid turbocharger engineered for a direct, "plug & play" installation on 1.5 Dci engines with the K9K engine code. This unit is compatible with a wide range of vehicles from 2005 through 201X, supporting power outputs from 57 to 82 horsepower. The "Stage 1" configuration includes a big debit MFS compressor wheel measuring 29.40/41.00mm with a 5+5 blade design and a D100 designation. It features a 360° thrust bearing and undergoes high-speed balancing up to 150,000 RPM on a Cimat VSR bench, ensuring optimal performance and durability. For enhanced performance, Stage 2 and Stage 2+ options are available, featuring progressively larger compressor wheels (31.00/46.00mm for Stage 2 and 37.40/50.60mm for Stage 2+) and re-profiled housings. It is important to note that achieving higher power levels with these stages requires adjustments to the fuel injection, exhaust, cooling systems, and engine calculator. Wastegate adjustments are also necessary during installation and calculator retrieval. This turbocharger is compatible with numerous Dacia, Nissan, and Renault models, including the Dacia Logan, Sandero, Logal Express; Nissan Kubistar, Micra III, Note; and various Renault Clio, Kangoo, Modus, and Thalia variants, all utilizing the K9K engine. A gasket kit is available as an optional add-on. The product comes with a 2-year warranty, express delivery, and an included manual.
