The AIRTEC Motorsport Stage 1 Intercooler is engineered as a direct replacement for the OEM intercooler in the Ford Fiesta ST180 Mk7, offering a significant upgrade for standard or remapped vehicles. This intercooler features a substantially larger and more efficient core, measuring 70mm thick with flowed cast end tanks. It boasts increased dimensions over the stock unit, with a width of 710mm, height of 150mm, and depth of 70mm, resulting in a larger front area of 1,070cm² compared to the OEM's 900cm². This larger capacity allows for better charge cooling, ensuring no noticeable loss in performance during extended periods of hard driving. Designed for both fast road and track applications, this intercooler has been proven to handle up to 250bhp. It comes complete with full fitting instructions and requires no cutting or drilling for installation. The unit is available in Pro-Series Satin Black or Silver finishes and includes a 3-year unlimited mileage warranty.
