Stage 1 Low Lift Truck Camshaft

The Texas Speed & Performance TSP Stage 1 Low Lift Truck Camshaft is engineered to deliver enhanced performance for LS engines, specifically the 4.8L, 5.3L, 5.7L, and 6.0L variants. This camshaft boasts a 208/214 duration with .550/.550 lift and a 112 Lobe Separation Angle (LSA). On an otherwise stock 5.3L engine, this camshaft achieved gains of 45.1 HP and 21.5 ft-lbs of torque at the flywheel, as measured on an in-house SuperFlow 902 engine dyno. It is designed to utilize GM LS6 single beehive valve springs and factory pushrods, making it a cost-effective upgrade. The power band operates from 1200 to 5600 RPM, offering a significant performance increase while maintaining a smooth idle. This camshaft is suitable for applications requiring a minimum compression ratio of 9.5:1. It does not require an aftermarket stall converter or upgraded rear gears.
