Stage 1 LS Swap Motor and Transmission Mount Kit

The Sikky Stage 1 BMW E46 LS Package provides the foundational components necessary for integrating an LS-based engine into your BMW E46 chassis. It serves as an ideal starting point for those who plan to source or fabricate their own headers, wiring, and other swap accessories. The heart of this package is the aluminum race oil pan, engineered to fit perfectly around the E46's front subframe. It boasts a high-capacity 7-quart deep mid-sump design with side kick-outs for maximum oil volume. The pan features a 1/2” thick CNC machined 6061 billet aluminum flange and back plate with a machined gasket surface to prevent leaks. Its rigid design ensures maximum strength and durability, while the high ground clearance keeps the pan from protruding excessively. The package also includes a remote oil filter adapter with -10 AN fittings and stainless braided lines. Constructed for longevity and performance, the engine mounts are CAD/CAM designed and CNC machined from solid 6061-T6 aluminum, featuring custom urethane bushings for true isolation and alignment. The transmission mount includes a CNC-bent steel bracket and a urethane bushing. Both the engine and transmission mounts come with a lifetime warranty. This kit is compatible with a wide range of LS-based engines, including LS1, LS2, LS3, LS6, L99, LQ4, LQ9, LSA, LS7, LS9, and LSX, provided they share the specified engine mount and oil pan bolt pattern. Installation requires the removal of the ABS module heat shield. For proper header fitment, aftermarket eye ball arms and Sikky’s low-profile steering shaft are recommended. The kit is developed to work with T56, T56 Magnum, TR6060, and CD009 transmissions without requiring modifications to the factory front subframe.
