Stage 1 LST Hydraulic Roller Camshaft for Gen V LT1 6.2L

The COMP Cams 224-300-13 Stage 1 LST (Low Shock Technology) Hydraulic Roller Camshaft is engineered for Gen V LT1 6.2L engines in Camaro and Corvette applications, specifically designed for use with AFM (Active Fuel Management) delete. This camshaft delivers a broad powerband, aiming for the best average torque and horsepower in LT1 engines. It includes a higher volume direct injection lobe that increases output by 38% over stock. With appropriate CK and MK kits, the camshaft is stable up to 7400 RPM. It requires AFM delete and a VVT limiter. The camshaft features a basic operating RPM range of 2,000-7,200 RPM. The intake duration at 0.050 inch lift is 227 degrees, and the exhaust duration is 238 degrees. Advertised durations are 282 degrees for intake and 287 degrees for exhaust, with a lobe separation of 116.5 degrees. Intake valve lift is 0.65 inches, and exhaust valve lift is 0.639 inches. This camshaft is not for on-road vehicles and is only C.A.R.B. exempt for racing and off-road only vehicles, provided they are race/competition only. It is also exempt for older federally, California, or foreign-certified vehicles manufactured before 1967, but they must meet the tailpipe emission standards for their respective year. Valve springs are required but not included, and assembly lubricant is also not included. This camshaft is made from billet steel and utilizes a hydraulic roller lifter type. Camshaft gear attachment is 1-bolt.
