Stage 1 O-Ring Cylinder Heads for 6.0L Powerstroke

The Kill Devil Diesel 60P-CH-620-1 is a pair of Stage 1 cylinder heads designed for the 6.0 Powerstroke engine. These heads feature a proprietary O-ring setup to address common head gasket issues. They are constructed with upgraded, heavy-duty castings that are thicker than OE and incorporate 32 Tungsten Carbide hardened valve seat inserts to prevent cracking.

The cylinder heads undergo comprehensive testing, including pressure and vacuum checks. They are hand-assembled with new USA-made valves, springs, retainers, locks, and valve stem seals. The iron matrix valve guides are diamond honed for superior oiling and wear resistance. The valvetrain geometry is blueprinted to proprietary specifications to ensure reliability and longevity. This product includes two cylinder heads and comes with a 12-month replacement warranty.
