The Damond Motorsports Stage 1 Oil Catch Can is engineered to combat blow-by and oil vapor contamination in your intake system, a common issue when modifying a vehicle for higher power levels. This kit ensures your intake remains clean by effectively preventing the buildup of these harmful substances that exit the crankcase. It features a quick-opening and high-flowing check valve, fully assembled with fittings for a straightforward installation. The kit includes pre-cut oil and vacuum-resistant hoses (available in Black, Blue, or Red), mounting hardware, and hose clamps. This specific catch can utilizes "LOCATION 1" for mounting. It is important to note that this kit "Will NOT fit with most cold air intake systems." Additionally, if utilizing Route 2 for PCV connection (which connects to the valve cover and PCV plate port), it is crucial to understand that this route allows un-measured air flow under vacuum, which "requires additional tuning."
