Stage 1+ Performance Calibration Alpha-N ECU Tune

The MODE x BT Moto Stage 1+ Performance Calibration is a handheld tuner and ECU tune specifically engineered for the Aprilia RSV4 models from 2012 to 2020. This performance upgrade aims to unlock the full potential of the 180HP powerplant by addressing power maps and limiters that hold back stock performance. The calibration system converts the bike to a full "Alpha-N" fueling strategy, while still leveraging the factory oxygen sensors to ensure precise fuel corrections both on and off throttle. This results in immediate improvements in throttle response, overall ridability, and a significant boost in power. For racing and road course applications, the system includes raised limiters, allowing for extended gear usage. Key advantages of the Stage 1+ calibration include an average gain of 7-10 HP over a typical exhaust/filter equipped bike on 93 octane fuel, with even larger gains possible with VP race fuel. The fan-on temperature is lowered to 185 degrees F from 195 degrees F to prevent power reduction. The tune optimizes ignition timing for various fuel qualities and adjusts torque limiting to allow the engine to produce its full available torque. Additionally, the rev limiter is adjusted per-gear for a broader powerband, and engine braking is aggressively tuned for road course use. Idle stability is improved, and throttle opening is set to 100% in all modes. ABS, DTC, and wheelie intervention are also adjusted for a more performance-oriented rider. This kit requires a Windows-based PC or a Mac running Parallels for installation and use. The product offers multiple selectable stages, from Stage 0 (Stock Tune) up to Stage 3, allowing users to tailor the performance to their specific hardware modifications.
