The Exedy 10-807 Stage 1 Organic Racing Clutch Kit is engineered for enhanced performance and durability. It utilizes an Ultra Fiber Disc, a newly developed asbestos-free friction facing that offers high heat resistance and high burst strength characteristics, suitable for street performance and mild racing applications. This advanced facing material maintains the superior half-engagement feeling characteristic of organic material, ensuring smooth engagement. The kit includes a high-performance woven organic clutch disc and a clutch cover designed to achieve approximately 40% higher clamping load than the genuine part, allowing for greater torque transmission capacity. The high clamp load pressure plate is ideal for engines with light modifications. The disc size is 8-7/8" x 22T x 15/16" with a dampened push release type. This kit is a direct OE replacement performance clutch kit, meaning it will not require any modifications during installation and includes all necessary components for a complete clutch replacement. It is rated for an engine torque capacity of 155 lb.ft. (OE) and up to 255 lb-ft. with 320 HP (modified).
