The Gerzy Bear Stage 1 Rotrex Supercharger Kit is engineered to significantly enhance the performance of 2004-2008 Acura TL and TL-S models, delivering up to 425 wheel horsepower (whp). This kit is optimized for use with 91-94 octane gasoline or 100+ octane race gasoline, providing a substantial power increase while maintaining safety and reliability within the limits of stock internal components. This supercharger kit is not compatible with E85 ethanol fuel. Installation involves selecting between a top-mount or bottom-mount bracket. The top-mount option may require modifications to clear the factory hood on most vehicles, though some CUVs and SUVs might accommodate it without issue. The bottom-mount option necessitates the use of an aftermarket AC compressor and hoses to retain cabin cooling functionality; cabin heat performance is not affected by this configuration. Customers opting for the bottom-mount kit may also choose to include an Air Conditioning Hose Kit for an additional charge. Kits are custom-made and typically ship within 6 weeks of the order date.
