The Indian Motorcycle Chief Stage 1 Slip-On Exhaust is a direct replacement for your bike's standard mufflers, designed to amplify its acoustic character with a rich, deep rumble at low RPMs and a full-throated sound at high RPMs. This high-performance exhaust kit helps your engine breathe more freely, unlocking additional power, enhanced mid-range torque, and crisp throttle response. It pairs synergistically with a Stage 1 Air Intake (sold separately) to achieve an even deeper, more aggressive intake sound and optimized Stage 1 performance. The Stage 1 Slip On Exhaust also allows for custom styling, enabling you to complete your personalized look with your choice of exhaust tips, which are required and sold separately. The kit includes two slip-on exhaust pipes, installation hardware, step-by-step instructions, and a calibration card with a unique code for your Engine Control Module (ECM) software. This software upgrade is required for peak performance and must be installed by an authorized dealer.
