Stage 1 Supercharger Kit

The Whipple Superchargers Stage 1 Kit is the first and only 50-state legal performance kit for the 2021-2025 Ford Bronco 2.7L EcoBoost. This system couples the Whipple Mega Cooler, a high-flow air filter, and custom calibration to deliver up to an amazing 90 foot-pounds of torque and 50 horsepower over stock, with significant torque gains from 2000 rpm for incredible throttle response. The included calibration enhances shift points for better torque utilization and a superior driving experience, while also allowing for tire and axle size adjustments for aftermarket wheel and tire changes. The heart of this kit is its advanced calibration, developed by Whipple and its Ford calibration team to maximize power on 91 octane or higher fuel while ensuring safety for daily driving. The calibration supports all driving applications, from cruising to off-roading to towing. It features revised pedal mapping, an increased speed limit (120 mph), updated shift points and schedules, and disables the auto start/stop feature, while maintaining all factory drive modes. The included Whipple MPVI3 flash tool facilitates easy file uploads/downloads and provides diagnostic capabilities like reading trouble codes, live data viewing, and advanced logging. The Whipple Mega Cooler features a TIG-welded bar-and-plate intercooler with an 58% greater internal core volume, 144% more external fin surface area, and 12% less restriction than the stock unit. This design provides increased cooling capacity and has shown a 32 deg F drop in discharge temperature on the dyno. The high-flow, 8-layer cotton air filter offers 17.9% less restriction than the stock paper filter and is washable and reusable. Installation time is approximately 2.5 hours. This kit is 50-state emissions legal with CARB EO D-231-147. It is designed as a bolt-on performance upgrade with no modifications required. The MPVI3 flash tool supports tire size and axle calibration.
