Stage 1 Supercharger Kit for Toyota 3UR-FE 5.7L V8

The Harrop Supercharger kit, specifically the Stage 1 tuner kit (99-KSM51K34), is engineered for Toyota Tundra, Land-Cruiser 200, and Lexus LX 570 models equipped with the 5.7L V8 3UR-FE engine. This kit is built around the Eaton TVS2650 supercharger, offering a 40% increase in capacity over the TVS1900. The intercooling system is a high-density water-to-air design, comprising a 590x390mm front-mount heat exchanger and twin 73mm in-manifold intercoolers for optimal charge air cooling. The Stage 1 kit includes an Ø85mm supercharger pulley and is designed for installation without modification or ECU re-calibration, though verification on a dyno is recommended. It requires a minimum of 98-RON (93-AKI) fuel. The kit retains all factory ancillaries, including A/C, power steering, and the viscous engine fan. Included components for installation consist of the supercharger intake manifold with charge-air intercooler, the TVS2650 supercharger unit, an 8PK FEAD idler bracket, coolant crossover pipe, and an 8PK supercharger drive belt. It also comes with replacement 650cc high-flow injectors, a 340 L/hr high-flow fuel pump with a filter kit, and plug-in wiring looms for engine sensors. The system interfaces with the OE throttle body and factory air-box for 3rd Gen (2014-current) models, with development underway for 2nd gen and TRD air-boxes. Aftermarket air-boxes, such as AFE, are also compatible. Note that this is a tuner kit, and a full kit will be available upon obtaining a CARB Executive Order (EO) number. Without this EO number, the kit is for off-road use only in North America. For Flex Fuel vehicles, custom fuel pump, engine calibration, and suitable injectors are required and are not included in Stage 1 or Stage 2 kits.
