Stage 1 Suspension System

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 1 Suspension System enhances the performance and capabilities of your Toyota Tacoma for both on-road and off-road driving. The front coilovers are height adjustable, offering up to 3.5 inches of lift for 2005-2015 models and up to 2.75 inches for 2016-2023 models, allowing for the fitment of larger wheels and tires. The Stage 1 system features 2.5-inch diameter front coilovers with internal reservoirs for optimal cooling and performance. These coilovers utilize 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum components, a CNC-machined, CAD-plated shock body, and a 7/8-inch shaft for durability. The rear suspension is handled by ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series monotube shocks, each featuring a 5/8-inch shaft and tuned for the specific requirements of the Tacoma. FK Rod End bearings are incorporated for longevity and minimal deflection. The system is compatible with OEM wheels and tires, and the manufacturer recommends specific ICON Alloy aftermarket wheels (17x8.5, 18x9, or 20x9) and up to 33" x 11.50" tires, though larger tires may require fender trimming and modifications. It's important to note that trimming is required for the recommended tire size. For heavier equipped vehicles, a 700 Lb/In Expedition Coil is available. Crucially, this suspension system requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation. Additionally, this kit will not fit 2WD Tacoma models with 5 wheel lug studs. For 2017-2023 Tacoma TRD Pro models, the lift height range is 0-1.25 inches over stock, and the included rear shocks are compatible with 0-2 inches of rear lift over stock.
