The CR Performance Stage 2 38mm Upgrade Twin Turbocharger Set is designed for full bore performance, offering a significant upgrade over stock turbochargers. This set drops into stock locations and features a performance-focused 6+6 blade 38mm/49mm CR billet compressor wheel. Each turbocharger is built from brand new OEM Ford units, specifically utilizing part numbers AA5Z-6K682-E and AA5Z-6K682-F. The manufacturing process involves in-house CNC machining and digital assembly balancing to ensure precision and performance. This turbocharger set is compatible with a range of Ford 3.5L V6 EcoBoost models, including the 2010-2019 Taurus SHO, 2013-2019 Explorer, 2010-2019 Flex, and 2010-2019 Police Interceptor Sedan/Utility. It also fits the 2010-2019 Lincoln MKS/MKT. The application is identified by turbo model numbers such as 790317-0006 & 790318-0008, AA5Z-6K682-E, AA5Z-6K682-F, AA5E-96438-GE, and AA5E-6K682-BH. Professional installation is highly recommended for this performance turbocharger set. The build time for these custom units is typically 2-3 weeks, as they are custom-built from OEM Ford turbos. A core charge of $525 USD is included in the price for new turbo options and is refundable upon the return of usable cores. Note that ZFG Racing does not sell or ship to the State of California.
