Stage 2.5 Boost Cooler Water Methanol Kit

The CTS Turbo Stage 2.5 Boost Cooler™ water methanol injection kit is engineered for all forced induction applications, including turbocharged and centrifugal supercharged vehicles. This system unlocks significant power gains, with claims of 50-70 HP increase, by reducing air temperatures by up to 100 degrees and increasing pump gas octane by 25 points. It is especially beneficial for direct injected engines, aiding in the removal of carbon buildup on valves. The core of this kit is the VC-50 controller, which doubles as a 52mm boost gauge. This O-LED display offers 7 selectable colors and shows boost pressure, injection percentage, low fluid level warnings, secondary stage activation, and system fault codes. The controller allows for progressive injection, proportionally injecting more or less water methanol based on boost pressure, with adjustable start and full points for a tailored delivery curve. This kit utilizes the Snow Performance Extreme Environment™ 300 PSI UHO pump, which is OEM approved and designed for durability with features like a proprietary heat flange, twin seals, and a custom motor winding. Its construction includes 100% methanol-resistant components such as stainless steel, nickel plating, EPDM, and hard anodizing, complemented by ACU-SEAL™ compression fittings for leak-free operation even with 100% methanol. The kit comes standard with #3 and #5 Hyper-Sonic™ nozzles and is capable of supporting over 1,000 HP.
