Stage 2 6L80E Rebuilt Automatic Transmission

The Tier One Stage 2 6L80E Transmission is a high-performance, rebuilt automatic transmission engineered to reliably handle up to 850HP from aggressive tuning, turbo builds, and supercharger upgrades. This transmission is designed to fix common 6L80 transmission issues, improving lubrication, reliability, and power-holding capacity over stock units. Key components include a TransGo Performance Valve Body Kit, which enhances line pressure for improved fluid flow, clutch engagement, lubrication, and cooling. It also features a triple-disc billet torque converter, OE-style Borg Warner clutches, a billet forward piston to prevent forward gear loss, a billet direct apply ring, a billet 4-5-6 clutch hub, and a caged needle bearing for high shock load handling. Additional upgrades include an updated front center support bushing, new lube dam, new OE-style bell housing, and a new OEM filter. This transmission is a complete, direct-fit replacement for 2007-2021 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 models equipped with the 6-speed 6L80E transmission. It will not fit trucks with 4-speed, 8-speed, or 10-speed transmissions. Please note that this transmission requires TechM Programming for proper operation and a 300-mile break-in period with a 100-mile relearn procedure to maintain the 2-year/unlimited mileage warranty.
