The kit's core components include a performance solid lightweight Chromoly flywheel, constructed from 4140 forged steel, CNC machined, and dynamically computer balanced to 15,000 RPM for optimal smoothness and responsiveness. This flywheel offers a significant 48% weight reduction compared to stock, improving acceleration and clutch engagement. The pressure plate is made from durable ductile/nodular cast iron, ensuring maximum strength and wear resistance, while the diaphragm springs are crafted from 51CrV4 steel, put through a multi-stage heat-treating process for unwavering performance. The clutch disc itself utilizes a carbon kevlar composite friction material for excellent heat transfer and an extended lifespan, featuring a precision-broached sprung hub for robust engagement.
